Important steps are taking place at Žigljen Port in the development of the Leonitus pilot, implemented within the NACHIP project. The pilot is progressing according to plan and confirms the potential of the area for the development of innovative solutions in the field of energy and infrastructure.

Leonitus at Žigljen Port represents more than a technical pilot. It is an important step in connecting the local environment, modern energy solutions and a long-term development vision based on cleaner and more efficient technologies. Such activities can contribute to a more resilient energy system and strengthen the role of the North Adriatic as a region for advanced demonstration and investment initiatives.

The progress on site shows that the pilot is entering a phase where the concept is beginning to take shape in practice. This is an important signal for partners, stakeholders and the wider public, as it confirms that development is moving towards implementation and future use.

The Leonitus pilot at Žigljen remains an important example of cooperation, technical progress and strategic infrastructure development, which can in the future support new energy and economic opportunities in the region.
